They are made using individual directional channels to place the lavender and wheat for maximum heat effect. The gentle release of lavender helps relaxation and the removable cover makes it easy for cleaning.

Australian Hard Wheat and Belle Fleur dried lavender flowers.
It is designed to be used in a microwave oven for heating, following instructions. After several uses, it is good to sit a cup of water in the microwave with the heat pack, as this will help to put moisture back in the wheat to help hold the heat longer. DO NOT OVER HEAT!
